We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced sales negotiator.
At the heart of our business is our Home Buyer Deposit Scheme. It is a real and credible alternative for those buyers who require help with their deposit now that 100% mortgages are a thing of the past.
Your duties will consist of liaising with our buyers, negotiating money off deals with estate agents, responding to queries and to sales enquiries and general ad-hoc phone calls.
Our buyers are all mortgage pre-qualified and are free to contact as many estate agents as they wish in their search for their ideal home.
It is your task to negotiate with the estate agent on the buyer’s preferred property, and on the buyer’s behalf and to obtain the lowest price possible, exactly in the same way as if, you yourself were the intended buyer.
Simply by negotiating down the asking price the discount you obtain can be used towards the buyer’s mortgage deposit.
In Conclusion:
It is a fact, not one seller in today’s market expects to achieve their full asking price and SELLERS expect to get offers below their asking price, most sellers will agree to negotiate a discount if they think they have found a buyer. The discount we obtained for the buyer can be used towards the buyer’s mortgage deposit.
