Home Buyers (UK) has vacancies for Property Scouts. (part-time basis).
What we are looking for: Typically we are looking for private, solely residential, re-sale properties suitable for Buy-to-Let at around 25-30% below market value along with a private rental yield off the discounted price of 7.5% but we will consider anything you present to us!
Remuneration - You will receive £25.00 for each batch of 75 sales particulars we receive and also a commission of £150.00 for any purchases made by this company.
