The Job Description is Simple: We are looking for Agents/Representatives who can work from home or a small office for a few hours a week sourcing potential buyers from within the Agent’s geographical postcode area.
The first two pages of our website give an overview of our unique Home-Buyer Deposit Scheme. This exclusive facility is available only through Home Buyers (UK) it is not a government scheme or builder’s shared equity scheme, our clients own all of their home from day-one.
The cost - of an Agency Package is totally free. You need only to demonstrate the wherewithal to continue some form of regular local advertising.
Remuneration - From each completed property sale the Agent will receive £150.00 for every person/couple they refer and goes on to buy their home through Home Buyers (UK).
The agent will need only a telephone, an internet connection and the wherewithal to continue some regular local advertising. There are various ways to attract buyers. The following list of advertising sources is not exhaustive and each suggestion has some aspects to commend it:-

- Local Newspapers - Home Buyers (UK) can provide ready to use artwork/adverts.
- Leaflet Drops - through letterboxes, printed leaflets can be purchased from head office at cost price.
- Handing Out - leaflets at supermarkets/stations/in high streets and sporting events etc.
- Posting Leaflets - through letterboxes/under car windscreen wipers etc.
- Post-Card Advertising - in newsagents/supermarkets etc.
